I have a Master of Arts in Professional Development in Management (MA) and a Diploma in Management Studies (DipMS), along with over 20 years experience in Human Resources. I founded this consultancy to provide small and medium-sized businesses with the same high-level HR expertise enjoyed by large corporations, delivered with a personal, local touch.

The mission is simple: to reduce the ‘drama’ of workforce management by providing the tools, advice, and support you need to manage your most valuable asset.

Based in Somerset, I pride myself on building long-term relationships with clients, grounded in trust, clarity, and a shared passion for professional excellence.
